What will you do ?

- Work closely with the Managing Partner to establish YOUR recruitment strategy

- Develop your portfolio according to your strength and be the internal / external referent

- Take care of the whole recruitment process from Job qualification to Placement (and post Placement)

- With evolution and results, become the Manager of your own department and hire your own team !

- Participate actively to continuous improvement and strategy deployments 

- Brings your ideas ! They are welcome !

Who Are you ? 

- You are resident in Luxembourg !

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in an agency setting) 

- Proven experience, technical background and results ! (preferably in the same Industry)

- Strong understanding of Luxembourgish recruitment market & best practices 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
