Corporate Lawyer international Law firm

We are happy to represent a well-known international Law firm in Luxembourg.They provide top-quality legal services on different matters.They also have 15 offices over the world.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Corporate/M&A Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their dynamic team. 

Your responsibilities:

• Transactional Support: Assist in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructurings.
• Document Drafting: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and other related documentation.
• Client Interaction: Maintain direct communication with clients, providing timely and strategic advice, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on various corporate and M&A issues, providing clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Cross-Border Transactions: Work closely with colleagues across the firm's international offices to manage and execute cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Partners other team members, contributing to a supportive and collegial work environment.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on developments in corporate and M&A law, participating in ongoing professional development and training programs offered by the firm.

Qualification:

• You have 2-6 years of experience in Corporate/ M&A matters in Law firm in Luxembourg
• You are already qualified/ registered with Bar or completed CCDL
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English; French or German consider as high asset
