What will you do ?

Ensure suppliers meet current standards and requirements set by both customers and the company.
Block deliveries if any non-conforming products are detected in production.
Initiate deviation processes and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
Track and report on supplier performance relative to quality goals.
Lead the resolution of supplier claims using company tools and integrated systems, ensuring efficient follow-through.
Support ASQE in assessing quality-related aspects of supplier agreements.
Approve supplier samples for pre-series and series production, following process and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements, with initial sampling by ASQE.
Compile and prepare relevant inputs and contribute to lessons learned activities for new projects.
Track and document costs related to supplier complaints.
Manage the hold area effectively to ensure process adherence.

What you will bring ?

Mechanical engineering, or equivalent training as a technician.
Strong technical understanding of relevant manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Quality Methods and Quality Management Systems.
Good grasp of specific customer requirements.
Basic knowledge of statistical process control, measurement analysis, and product liability law.
Fluency in English AND French / German.
