About This Role:
We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Marketing Operator to join a fast-growing DTC startup managing multiple consumer brands and lifecycle programs within Klaviyo. The company combines an agency-style structure with a hands-on startup culture, making it ideal for someone who thrives in ownership, experimentation, and rapid growth. The right candidate is highly skilled in Klaviyo and Figma, with strong expertise in email and SMS lifecycle flows, including abandoned browse, cart, checkout, and welcome automations. You will begin by monitoring and analyzing daily performance across multiple Klaviyo accounts, identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and optimizing campaigns, then progressively take ownership of automation strategy, customer journey refinement, and revenue-driving lifecycle initiatives through data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze performance across multiple Klaviyo accounts daily.
Identify trends, anomalies, and potential campaign or technical issues.
Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, abandoned browse/cart, checkout, etc.).
Create and refine email and SMS templates in Figma, ensuring strong brand alignment.
Conduct performance reporting and data analysis within Klaviyo (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.).
Understand and interpret Klaviyo data to guide campaign improvements and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate closely with US-based team members through Slack and Asana.
Maintain and document best practices for flow setup, triggers, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
Prompt Engineering (writing prompts for email personalization)
Support ad hoc lifecycle and customer communication initiatives.

Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of freelance experience
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Klaviyo (email and SMS automation).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Figma (template creation and design).
3+ years of experience in Klaviyo performance reporting and data analysis (understanding open rates, CTRs, revenue metrics, etc.).
Excellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 to C2 level), with the ability to collaborate confidently with US-based team members.
Proven expertise in building and optimizing flows for abandoned browse, cart, checkout, and welcome SMS.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot irregularities in performance data.
Experience in DTC marketing—agency experience preferred, but strong brand-side experience is also valued.
Working knowledge of prompt engineering or AI-assisted content generation is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setup.
Reliable internet connection and self-driven work ethic.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible working hours aligned with the LATAM time zone, with occasional overlap required for PST meetings as needed.
