Contractor Fee: $3,100 - $3,500 / month (USD)

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator owns day-to-day order processing and freight coordination across multiple sales channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for maintaining clean order data, resolving operational issues quickly, and coordinating shipments from tender through delivery.

This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working across systems, and proactive communication with internal teams, carriers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, and process orders from all sales channels, including customer portals, Shopify, and retail partners

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct order, pricing, and inventory discrepancies in NetSuite and Shopify

  • Coordinate closely with retail, operations, and supply chain teams on inventory allocation and order prioritization

  • Monitor the logistics inbox and manage daily communication with carriers, brokers, 3PLs, and warehouses

  • Use a Transportation Management System (TMS) to tender freight, request quotes, and select optimal shipping options

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and fulfillment partners

  • Track shipments end-to-end and proactively follow up on delays, exceptions, or service issues

  • Ensure all shipments are properly completed, documented, and closed out

  • Support continuous improvement of order processing and logistics workflows

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports using Google Sheets or Excel

  • Use NetSuite as the system of record for order management, inventory, and logistics coordination

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders

  • Operate independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations

  • Experience in processing in Celigo would be a plus

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with some overlap required with US business hours.
