About This Role:
We are hiring a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to support a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the lifestyle and apparel space, with a strong focus on managing new product development and ensuring smooth execution from concept through to launch. This role will also support core supply chain functions across logistics, product data, and supplier coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end new product development (NPD) timelines from concept through to launch

  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth product development and rollout

  • Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely execution of product launches

  • Ensure products are launch-ready across systems, logistics, and inventory planning

  • Oversee end-to-end freight and logistics operations, including shipment planning and execution

  • Work with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations

  • Optimize shipping costs, routes, and delivery timelines

  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and proactively manage logistics issues

  • Maintain accurate product catalog data, including SKUs, pricing, and inventory

  • Ensure consistency of product information across systems and improve data processes

  • Support supplier coordination, including communication, performance tracking, and production timelines

  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding suppliers as needed

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cin7, TradeGecko, or similar)

  • eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce

  • Freight and logistics coordination tools

  • Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

  • Communication tools such as Slack and Zoom

  • Spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or Excel

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles

  • Strong experience in project management, ideally with exposure to new product development

  • Experience managing logistics, shipping, and coordination with 3PLs

  • Experience maintaining product catalogs or inventory systems

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in eCommerce or consumer goods businesses

  • Exposure to product development or product lifecycle management

  • Familiarity with international shipping and supplier coordination

  • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with required overlap during Australian or US business hours for coordination and check-ins
