About This Role:
We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager (Revenue Operations) to support a fast-growing omnichannel consumer brand operating across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale retail. This is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role where you will not manage sales reps or own sales strategy, but will play a critical role in supporting performance tracking, onboarding, and operational enablement. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role, where you will own the operational layer of the sales function by ensuring clean data, reliable reporting, and systems that enable the sales team to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own HubSpot CRM end-to-end, including data integrity, pipeline structure, deal properties, and user management

  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, and sequences to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

  • Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels

  • Develop and manage weekly sales forecasting models by channel, aligned with Finance and inventory planning

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership (pipeline health, pacing vs. targets, risk flags)

  • Produce regular sales operations reports with clear, actionable insights

  • Track rep performance and own commission reporting, ensuring accurate calculations and monthly reconciliation with Finance

  • Support onboarding of new sales reps from a systems and process perspective (CRM setup, documentation, training)

  • Identify gaps in systems and workflows, and recommend improvements to increase visibility and efficiency

  • Support and eventually own integrations across HubSpot, Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale/EDI systems

  • Document processes to ensure scalability and consistency across the sales organization

  • Shopify, Amazon platforms (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration

  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience (workflow building, automation, reporting, pipeline management)

  • Experience working in CPG, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments (DTC + wholesale required)

  • Proven experience building forecasting models and working with revenue data

  • Experience with commission tracking, reporting, or performance modeling

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (comfortable building models from scratch)

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations

Nice to have:

  • Experience working remotely or as a contractor (preferred, not required)

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, or EDI systems

  • Experience with ERP or order management tools (e.g., Fulfil, NuOrder, RepSpark, or similar)

  • Background in high-growth or scaling companies

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, must have partial overlap with US MST or PST hours
