About This Role:
We are seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to develop and optimize high-performing ad creatives across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with performance marketers and creative teams to craft engaging ad materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Creative Briefs: Write objective-driven briefs to guide the production of compelling video and static ads.

  • Coordinate Creative Production: Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality ad materials on tight timelines.

  • Incorporate Feedback Quickly: Adapt creative assets based on team input, performance data, and emerging trends.

  • Contribute to Creative Strategy: Brainstorm ad concepts, analyze competitor strategies, and ensure alignment with target audience preferences.

  • Report & Recommend: Share campaign insights with the Senior Manager of Creative Strategy and propose data-backed improvements to enhance ROI.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • TikTok Ads Manager

  • Google Ads Manager

  • Motion or similar analytics platforms

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising or social media

  • Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling ad messaging

  • Experience in producing and optimizing video and static ads for paid social platforms

  • Excellent English communication skills (oral & written), collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail

  • A go-getter attitude, sharp analytical mindset, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
