About This Role:

We seek a results-driven, hands-on Media Buyer to join one of our valued clients teams. As a Media Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing full-funnel paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms like TikTok, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. This role requires a strategic thinker with the tactical ability to execute high-performing campaigns. You must be comfortable obsessing over data to optimize campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, deeply understands full-funnel marketing, and can execute campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels in collaboration with the design and development teams.

  • Manage and allocate ad budgets while optimizing for key performance metrics like ROAS, CPL, CAC, and LTV.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.

  • Proactively test new platforms and channels to identify growth opportunities.

  • Own reporting and data analytics, providing weekly breakdowns and insights on campaign performance.

  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance and growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad platforms, and best practices.

  • Build and maintain dashboards for tracking performance metrics.

  • Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives by meeting or exceeding growth targets.

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager

  • TikTok Ads Manager

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • Landing Page Builders (e.g., Unbounce, Clickfunnels, etc.)

  • Analytics and Reporting Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)

  • A/B Testing Tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)

  • Ad Creative Tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing 6-7 figure ad budgets.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads; experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

  • Ability to develop and execute full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.

  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CPL, CAC, LTV.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal guidance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with landing page optimization and funnel building.

  • Passion for testing new platforms and tools to drive performance.

  • Experience with reporting and creating dashboards for stakeholders.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap as needed with the China Time Zone (GMT+8).
