About This Role:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable PMO (Program Management Officer) to help build and manage project management processes and workflows for the US team. This role is integral to creating efficient workflows, ensuring that processes and back-end operations are well-designed and executed. You will be responsible for building workflows, handling resolutions, testing, and implementing solutions to streamline operations. The role will require proficiency in No-Code tool-builders like Zapier, Airtable, Make, n8n, and Retool, and the ideal candidate will have experience in process creation, backend operations, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage project management processes and workflows for the US team to ensure efficiency and seamless operations.
Design and implement back-end operations and processes to support US-based PMs.
Create detailed workflows in tools like Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite to automate processes and ensure smooth operations.
Handle problem resolutions, test new workflows, and ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate closely with the US team to ensure workflows meet their approval and are aligned with their needs.
Map customer pain points to backend solutions, ensuring smooth execution and product adoption.
Provide support and resolve any issues related to workflow implementation and process efficiency.
Act as the bridge between the US team and product teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow optimization.
Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, pivot tables) to monitor and improve workflows.
Foster long-term relationships with the US team, ensuring sustained success and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications:
Must be a Filipino citizen
Proven experience building and managing workflows for remote teams.
Experience in designing back-end operations and creating processes for cross-functional teams.
Strong experience using tools like Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite for workflow automation.
Ability to handle resolutions, test workflows, and implement solutions effectively.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and product management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve processes.
Experience working in a remote setting, coordinating teams across different time zones.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
