About This Role:

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to support a co-founder by owning the day-to-day execution of email marketing and marketing ops. This is not a strategist or growth marketer role. Success means campaigns go out on time, assets are organized, QA is tight, and nothing slips.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in repeatable execution, strong systems, and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing (Core)

  • Build and maintain email calendars

  • Execute campaigns and support flows in Klaviyo

  • Light copy formatting and adjustments

  • Perform QA checks before sending

  • Schedule, test, and deploy campaigns consistently

Content & Marketing Operations

  • Support content execution across email and Shopify

  • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Maintain organized marketing calendars, assets, and workflows

  • Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking

General Marketing Admin

  • Support the co-founder with marketing-related execution tasks

  • Ensure follow-through across campaigns and projects

  • Flag blockers early and keep work moving without micromanagement

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Klaviyo

  • Shopify

  • Google Workspace

  • Project or task management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar)

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of freelancing experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).

  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience (non-negotiable)

  • Shopify experience in a live eCommerce environment

  • DTC eCommerce background

  • Health & beauty, fragrance, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred

  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven

  • Comfortable executing independently with minimal oversight

  • Clear written English communication

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours preferred
