About This Role:

We're seeking a mid-to-senior Marketing Manager to support one of our fast-growing DTC e-commerce clients in the home décor and lifestyle sector. This person will serve as the central hub of marketing operations, driving cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment between creative, agencies, and leadership, and using performance analytics to influence strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with an analytical mindset, creative intuition, and operational discipline. They'll manage multiple agency partners, guide campaign planning, and support photoshoot coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analytics & Strategic Interpretation
    • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret weekly and monthly marketing performance reports from paid, email, social, and affiliate channels.

    • Identify insights, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

    • Translate data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy, channel focus, and campaign pivots.

    • Present clear summaries of trends and ROI insights during leadership reviews.

  • Project & Campaign Management
    • Lead timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external agencies.

    • Support campaign planning by helping shape briefs, creative timelines, and interdepartmental coordination.

    • Ensure brand consistency and operational clarity across every marketing touchpoint.

  • Agency & Consultant Oversight
    • Serve as the primary liaison for Paid Media, Email/CRO, Social, PR, and UX partners.

    • Maintain alignment with brand direction, KPIs, and campaign objectives.

    • Manage deliverable tracking, deadlines, and reporting cadences across all partners.

  • Creative & Photoshoot Support
    • Partner with the creative and brand teams to refine campaign briefs, timelines, and asset needs.

    • Coordinate pre-production planning for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with product priorities, launch timelines, and content objectives.

    • Manage logistics, creative deliverables, and post-shoot content tracking.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align marketing initiatives with inventory availability, sell-through goals, and product priorities.

    • Partner with the leadership team on marketing budget tracking, vendor management, and cost optimization.

  • Community & Influencer Engagement
    • Support influencer and affiliate campaigns through outreach, deliverable tracking, and performance reporting.

    • Collaborate with the social and email teams on community-driven campaigns and partnerships.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Project Management: Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp

  • Reporting & Analytics: Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio

  • Communication: Slack, Loom, Google Workspace

  • E-commerce & Marketing: Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads

  • Influencer & Affiliate Platforms: Aspire, ShareASale, or similar tools

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of freelancing experience

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. (C1/C2 level)

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or marketing operations.

  • Background in e-commerce or DTC brands strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience managing agency partners across paid, organic, and email channels.

  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, reporting, and budget management.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Shopify is a plus.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (US PST)
