About This Role:
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with strong platform expertise and the ability to execute, optimize, and manage paid campaigns independently. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings operational discipline, and can serve as a reliable partner to senior growth leaders. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring ad campaigns run smoothly, deliver measurable results, and support long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Account Management: Navigate and manage Facebook/Meta and TikTok ad accounts, ensuring campaigns are launched and maintained correctly.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance KPIs and budget goals.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track results, build reports, and provide insights with actionable recommendations.

  • Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve ad delivery, targeting, or tracking issues.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with growth and creative teams to align strategy, share learnings, and support scaling efforts.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Facebook/Meta Ads Manager

  • TikTok Ads Manager

  • Google Ads Manager (nice to have)

  • Google Analytics, Motion, or similar analytics tools

Qualifications:

  • At least 35 years of freelancing or agency experience

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level).

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on paid media/ad operations experience

  • Proven expertise in managing Facebook/Meta and TikTok ad accounts

  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose improvements

  • Self-starter with strong initiative, process discipline, and the ability to operate independently

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
