About This Role:

Were looking for a proactive, solutions-driven PMO (Program Management Officer) to design, implement, and optimize project management processes for our US-based team. Youll be at the core of operational efficiencybuilding workflows, streamlining back-end processes, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has hands-on expertise with No-Code automation tools like Zapier, Airtable, Make, n8n, and Retool. While primarily remote, you may be required to attend occasional onsite meetings and events once our Metro Manila office is established.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize project management processes and workflows for US teams.

  • Design and implement back-end operations that support PMs and cross-functional teams.

  • Create automation workflows in Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite.

  • Test, troubleshoot, and deploy workflow solutions, ensuring alignment with the US team's needs.

  • Map customer pain points to backend process improvements for smoother product adoption.

  • Act as the liaison between US-based teams and product teams for workflow optimization.

  • Analyze data (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to track, measure, and improve processes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process changes.

  • Foster strong, long-term working relationships with the US team to drive ongoing efficiency.

  • Workflow Automation: Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, NetSuite

  • Data Analysis: Excel (advanced), Google Looker Studio, Tableau

  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot

  • Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

  • Project Management: Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence

  • ERP Systems: NetSuite

  • Customer Support: Zendesk, Freshdesk

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen based in or near Metro Manila (Mega Manila area)

  • 3-5 years of freelancing or remote work experience

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency)

  • Proven experience in workflow creation and process management for remote teams

  • Strong background in back-end operations and cross-functional process design

  • Hands-on expertise with Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite

  • Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing workflow solutions

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and project management platforms

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset

  • Data-driven approach to process improvement

  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones

  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila for meetings/events as needed

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with required availability for a daily stand-up between 9AM to 5PM US PST.
