• Geriatric-focused Patient Care Services
• Day shift: 08001630 (flexible based on department needs)
• Leads education and competency programs for clinical staff
• Collaborates with nursing leadership to identify training needs and support professional development
• Designs, implements, and evaluates orientation, training, and skills validation programs
• No direct patient care responsibilities

Requirements

• BSN required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required; AG-CNS certification preferred.
• 25 years of recent experience in clinical education or staff development required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, regulatory standards, and The Joint Commission guidelines.
