Interim Food & Nutrition Manager

  • Responsible for overall management of Food & Nutrition Services, including menu planning, food preparation and service, purchasing, and sanitation.
  • Oversees approximately 59 FTEs, including Clinical Nutrition and Dietary Services staff.
  • Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Service Management (or equivalent experience) required.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) and ServSafe Certification required.
  • Minimum 8 years of food service management experience in an acute-care hospital or similar healthcare setting.
