Excellent opportunity for an experienced Interim Perioperative Director to lead Perioperative Services at a hospital in California. This role requires someone with strong clinical and operational expertise who can take full ownership, lead with urgency, and drive measurable results from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and strategic planning for Perioperative Services
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows and outcomes
• Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care
• Support perioperative growth initiatives including plans to increase surgical volume
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and quality metrics

Requirements:

• Current CA RN license & BLS
• BSN required; Masters preferred
• 12+ years of periop leadership experience
• Strong grasp of data, compliance, and healthcare operations
