• Oversees inpatient Respiratory Therapy services in a high-acuity environment
• Strong NICU and pediatric respiratory background required (40/60 NICU to adult mix)
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, staffing, and care delivery readiness across critical service lines
• Focus on rebuilding team culture, trust, and integration of travelers with core staff
• Collaborates closely with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provides strategic assessment of department structure, staffing mix, and future growth opportunities
