Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee Medicare Part D, contract negotiations, and revenue cycle
• Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and risk management
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Partner with insurers, auditors, and community stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors in Accounting or Business (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 8+ years in healthcare financial leadership
• Expertise in capitated healthcare models and value-based payments
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, claims, and provider contracting
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills
