Director, Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards - South Carolina

Join an award-winning healthcare organization's human resource team as their Director, Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards. This leader will be responsible for aligning the Total Rewards program and ensuring competitive compensation packages. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of management level experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits
• Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting organization-wide total rewards programs. 

Preferred experience/education for this position include:

• Master's Degree
• SHRM- CP, PHR, CEBS, CCP, CBP, or similar HR/Total Rewards equivalent certifications are preferred. 
• Healthcare experience preferred
