This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with expertise in transplant and critical care, a passion for mentoring, and a track record of driving clinical excellence in an academic setting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Magnet readiness, enhancing quality metrics, improving patient experience, and optimizing workforce strategies across both facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization toward achieving Magnet status with a strong, supportive infrastructure.

• Foster mentorship and leadership development, empowering staff to reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape organizational strategies and drive positive change.

• Directly report to the CEO, offering strategic input at the executive level.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field required.

• Extensive experience in Magnet hospitals and academic medical centers preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with a strong focus on clinical quality and patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to foster employee engagement, mentorship, and team-building in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
