This privately held, nonprofit organization is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and values-driven President to guide the next chapter of growth while preserving its deeply rooted culture and commitment to patient-centered service.

• Overseeing a multi-state operation with approximately 40 locations across the Midwest.
• Lead a strong, tenure-rich leadership team and build out a growing C-Suite.
• Champion the organizations culture and mission while driving operational and strategic initiatives.
• Create scalable systems and processes to support continued growth.
• Based in Oklahoma City with regular travel to regional sites.

Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience in hospice, healthcare, or nonprofit settings.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth without compromising values.
• Transformational leadership style with a passion for patient care and staff development.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
