Executive Director, Maternal, Neonatal, and Pediatric Services - New Hampshire
A leading healthcare system is seeking a strategic and visionary Executive Director of Maternal, Neonatal, and Pediatric Services. This role will provide system-level leadership across high-risk obstetrical, neonatal, pediatric, and maternal fetal medicine programs. The Executive Director will drive operational excellence, clinical quality, and strategic growth through a dyad leadership model and matrixed collaboration with nursing and physician leadership. The ideal candidate is a dynamic clinical leader with proven experience managing complex care environments and a passion for advancing care for women, newborns, and children.
Job Highlights
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives across high-risk OB, neonatology, MFM, and pediatric services.
- Oversee program development, care quality, budget management, and service line growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire RN license upon hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in inpatient or acute care clinical settings.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and quality improvement.
- Proven leadership in high-risk obstetrics, neonatology, or pediatric service lines.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets and clinical resources.
