• Leads operations to deliver high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, patient-focused care across the continuum
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to set and maintain care and service
• Oversees hiring, training, and competency; ensures compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations

Requirements

• BSN required; Masters degree preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license required.
• BLS/CPR required.
• 5+ years of nursing experience with 4+ years in supervisory/management roles.
