• Responsible for overseeing Electrophysiology (EP) program operations, ensuring the continuity of patient care and technical performance within the Cath Lab.
• Focused on program management, technical oversight, physician collaboration, and maintaining smooth procedural workflows.
• No direct reports; position centers on program coordination, physician relations, and ensuring the lab remains operational and compliant.
• Ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of electrophysiology device programs, ablation procedures, and mapping technologies, as well as the ability to lead through interpersonal and workflow challenges.
