• Telemetry Oncology service line with unit-based education focus
• Leads education and competency programs for clinical staff
• Collaborates with nursing leadership to identify training needs and support professional development
• Designs, implements, and evaluates orientation, training, and skills validation programs

Requirements

• BSN required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required; ONS-C certification preferred.
