Key Responsibilities


Technical Leadership

  • Architecture & Design: Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust systems.

  • Coding Standards: Establish and maintain high-quality coding standards, ensuring a standards-based approach in all technical operations.

Development Oversight

  • Platform Management: Manage the development of key platforms and applications using NestJS, Next.js, and React.

  • Process Optimization: Design and optimize efficient development processes, leveraging best practices in software engineering and Agile methodologies.

Technical Philosophy

  • Precision & Accuracy: Apply experience from previous organizations where precision and accuracy were paramount.

  • System Building: Guide the team in building systems for data ingestion, transformation, and processing at scale.

Predictive Modelling and Analytics

  • Algorithmic Processing: Utilize skills in algorithmic processing of data at scale.

  • Machine Learning Enhancements: Introduce machine-learning enhancements and develop data narratives to drive insights.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on cloud architecture to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cloud providers and internal teams to optimize infrastructure and systems.

Team and Department Leadership

  • Team Building: Build and nurture a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Alignment with Business Goals: Align the technology roadmap with business objectives, ensuring technical delivery meets company goals.

  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience in software development and architecture, particularly with the specified tech stack.

  • Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and oversee complex projects.

  • Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud infrastructure management.

  • Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in React, NestJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and familiarity with Laravel.

  • Architectural Design: Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.

  • Process Optimization: Skilled in Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
