About our client

Our client is a fractional growth team, scaling companies through data-driven acquisition and conversion optimization. They help healthcare, DTC, and B2B brands maximize ROI across paid search and paid social media with compelling ad creative and high-converting landing pages. We partner with clients to turn annual plans for customer growth into actionable, quarterly objectives that are measured, tracked and optimized.

About the Position

We are looking for a smart, analytical and motivated SEM manager, who will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns for our clients using Google Ads. Together with our senior strategists, you will develop paid media strategies, implement paid search plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. You will also support day-to-day operations, reporting and client communication.

What You'll Do:

• Execute paid media campaigns for  clients using Google Ads. 
• Partner with  senior strategists to develop paid media strategies, implement paid search plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. 
• Support day-to-day operations, reporting and client communication.
• Help increase client retention and referrals 

About You

• 3 + years and managing Google ADS
• Extensive experience with data visualization using tools such as Google analytics, Looker
• Highly analytical and skilled in advanced math
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and energy
