An emerging "Native AI" enterprise operations firm is currently scaling its high-velocity engineering team to pioneer the field of Workflow Intelligence. Operating at the intersection of deep system integration and advanced machine learning, the company builds mission-critical infrastructure that provides organizations with unprecedented visibility into internal processes to optimize human capital and automate complex workstreams. As they approach a major global launch in early 2026, this engineering-heavy startup is seeking founding-level talent dedicated to clean architecture and solving non-trivial technical challenges within a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

About the Role

Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale core product functionality across our frontend and backend systems. In this role, you'll work across a modern stack using Next.js and Django to deliver high-impact features, analytics dashboards, and data-driven experiences used daily by our customers.

You'll take ownership of API design, data flow, and system performance while collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams to move ideas quickly from concept to production. A strong focus of this role is building analytics-heavy functionality—turning complex data into fast, reliable, and intuitive interfaces.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working across the entire product surface, cares deeply about code quality and scalability, and is comfortable balancing long-term architecture with the need to ship quickly in a growing product environment.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks.

• Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems.

• Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services.

• Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature.

• Help shape development standards, best practices, and architecture for scalability.

Who you are

• Minimum of 8 years professional experience as a software engineer.

• Experienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable moving between backend and frontend.

• Significant hands-on experience building, integrating, or deploying AI-driven systems.

• Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.

• Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast.

• Pragmatic and fast-moving, you know how to deliver in an evolving product environment.

• Opinionated about clean, maintainable code but flexible when shipping fast matters.

Bonus points

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts.

• Experience in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design.

• Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems.
