About the Position

Were looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the Super Smalls brand to life across digital and marketing touchpoints. Were seeking a designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to create polished, high-performing creative that resonates with both kids and parents.

The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and highly organized: someone who takes ownership of their work, manages multiple priorities with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Brand & Marketing Design

  • Design compelling, on-brand creative assets across key marketing channels, including email, website graphics, paid media, and social content
  • Translate campaign objectives and brand direction into visually engaging designs that support performance and storytelling
  • Support seasonal launches, promotions, evergreen brand needs, and supporting marketing materials

Creative Ownership & Workflow Management

  • Own creative tasks from brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met
  • Manage creative tasks and workflows in Asana, including task creation, assignment, and follow-through
  • Proactively identify design needs, improvements, or opportunities without requiring constant direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Marketing team to align creative execution with broader brand and campaign strategy
  • Collaborate with external freelancers or vendors as needed, managing briefs, feedback, and deliverables
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity

Brand Consistency & Asset Management

  • Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all visual outputs
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of design files and assets, with clear naming conventions and folder structure
  • Continuously refine workflows and processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and output quality

About You:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a digital, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch (or similar design tools)
  • Entry-level animation or motion skills required (Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere); additional motion experience a plus
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work and a refined visual sensibility
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Clear communicator with the ability to articulate design decisions and respond thoughtfully to feedback
  • Familiarity with social platforms, email marketing, and performance-driven creative
