Since 2017, they have helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 98% of primary care deserts.

About the Position
We are hiring a Paid Social Operator with a primary focus on paid social conversion campaigns. This role is the primary owner of in-platform campaign execution, responsible for building, launching, and maintaining campaigns with 100% executional accuracy. You will ensure all campaigns are launched correctly, compliantly, and on time, with a high bar for quality and detail.
This role requires hands-on, in-platform execution, including daily performance monitoring, campaign optimization, structured testing, and proactive issue flagging. You will gain deep exposure to paid social conversion campaigns at meaningful scale, receive structured support from senior growth leads, and have opportunities to take on increased ownership of paid social testing initiatives over time.

What You'll Do
Platform Execution
  • Build and launch campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms, ensuring accuracy across setup, budgets, audiences, placements, tracking, and creative rotations
  • Execute in-platform optimizations, including budget adjustments, audience and creative iteration, and delivery troubleshooting
  • Monitor platform performance daily, proactively flag pacing, delivery, or compliance issues, and escalate risks or blockers as needed
Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain internal reporting and tracking dashboards across Motion, Figma, and Google Sheets
  • Produce regular performance updates and periodic deep-dive readouts that translate results into clear, actionable insights for Growth and Creative stakeholders
  • Own competitor audits by regularly monitoring competitor ad activity to identify trends, creative patterns, and opportunities
  • Lead comment audits by analyzing comment sentiment and trends, and synthesizing insights into clear, shareable reports
Quality Control & Compliance
  • QA static and video ads prior to launch to ensure alignment with internal clinical compliance standards and external platform policies (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Identify executional bottlenecks or recurring errors in campaign builds and QA processes, and contribute recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes

About You

  • 2–5 years of hands-on paid social experience with a proven track record managing Meta conversion campaigns at scale (experience with TikTok, Reddit, or Snapchat is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong in-platform operator with direct experience building, QAing, launching, and optimizing campaigns end to end (not solely managing agencies or external vendors)
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a consistent track record of executional accuracy across campaign setup, tracking, and launches
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance fluctuations, identify root causes, and translate Ads Manager and third-party data into clear next actions
  • Experience building and executing structured testing plans, from hypothesis development through execution, documentation, and next steps
  • Comfortable owning ongoing reporting, experiment tracking, and account organization across tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with creative and collaboration tools such as Figma and Frame.io
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Airtable (or similar tools) to manage workflows, testing roadmaps, and timelines
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, for reporting and analysis
