About the Position

As a seasoned paid social operator on the Growth team, youll build and launch new ads directly in-platform, and maintain always-on performance monitoring dashboards. Beyond day-to-day optimizations, youll craft quarterly testing roadmaps that align with broader growth goals and translate results into clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders across emerging paid social channels, like Reddit, Twitter/X and more. Your mix of tactical execution, analytical instincts, and collaborative communication will help to unlock incremental scale from emerging channels while continually improving efficiency.

What Youll Do

  • Ideate and execute operations for paid social social platforms, by building and launching ads directly on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and more
  • Build, launch, and manage ads end-to-end on Reddit, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and other test channels, including bids, audiences, and creative rotations.
  • Drive continuous in-platform optimization monitor performance daily, spot trends early, and make proactive adjustments (pausing, creative swaps) to hit CPA targets
  • Develop and maintain a testing roadmap design structured experiments for new creative concepts, audience segments, bidding tactics, and log hypotheses, results, and next steps.
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting own weekly channel dashboards and monthly readouts that translate data into insights and recommendations for Growth, Creative, Analytics, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions, and experiment logs to make performance easily auditable and repeatable.

About You

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a paid social operator with a solid understanding Meta Ads manager (familiarity with channels like TikTok, Reddit or Snapchat is a plus, but not required)
  • Direct experience building and optimizing campaigns in-platform & launching ads (not just overseeing agencies or vendors)
  • Strong analytical skills, with prior experience unpacking learnings from tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Omniture, etc.
  • Strong creative intuition, you can quickly assess what makes an ad compelling and understand the types of user behavior it is likely to drive.
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage testing roadmaps for paid social channels, from ideation to execution.
  • Deep understanding of paid social campaign optimization, you know when to pause underperforming ads, launch new variations, and spot platform-specific trends early.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify root causes of performance fluctuations and recommend solutions without requiring significant oversight.
  • Knowledge of Airtable or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Frame.io
