About our client

Our client is the autoscaling platform built for modern infrastructure. They help engineering and finance leaders cut cloud costs, eliminate scaling risk, and automate workload optimizationacross Kubernetes, GPU pipelines, and event-driven systems. With support for HTTP, gRPC, queue-based, and inference workloads, they deliver intelligent autoscaling that adapts to real-time demandno cold starts, no manual tuning. The platform integrates seamlessly with Prometheus, Grafana, and CI/CD workflows, and includes full support for multi-cluster observability, vertical scaling, and enterprise-grade security.

About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned Kubernetes engineer with a strong understanding of Kubernetes internals and deep experience in DevOps and distributed system management. Youll be building and operating core components of the Kedify platformincluding agents, scalers, and integrations used by modern infrastructure teams around the world. This role goes beyond deploying Helm chartswere looking for someone who codes against Kubernetes, understands the control plane, and can help architect the next wave of autoscaling infrastructure with us.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement features that interact directly with Kubernetes APIs
• Operate and scale internal and customer-facing services that run across multi-cluster setups
• Contribute to open-source projects and extend KEDA functionality where needed
• Work closely with the founding team on product decisions and infrastructure trade-offs
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
• Own DevOps workflows that support both product velocity and security

About You

• 5+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering
• Proven track record working with Kubernetes internals (controllers, CRDs, operators)
• Strong proficiency in Go
• Experience with Prometheus, gRPC, Helm, and cloud-native tooling
• Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, asynchronous environment
• Bonus: experience contributing to open-source CNCF projects or scaling KEDA in production
