Our client is an Intelligent Analytics company building the human-first analytics experience. Position Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. In this role youll be responsible for leading the migration to a cloud-agnostic infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resilience through automation, monitoring, and failover strategies. You'll also optimize CI/CD workflows, manage dev environments, and elevate team capabilities in reliability and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Help us migrate our stack from AWS to being cloud-agnostic and capable of being deployed in a VPC environment.
• Own our infrastructure automation, ensure high availability, and build failover strategies to improve resilience.
• Set up proactive monitoring and alerting so we know about issues before our customers do.
• Build and maintain ephemeral dev environments, optimize CI/CD, and cut build times to keep engineers moving fast.
• Write runbooks, conduct postmortems, and document best practices to improve our operational maturity.
• Share your knowledge and help elevate the teams understanding of reliability and infrastructure best practices.

About You:

• Experience with AWS services and basic scripting in Python

• Experience with cross-cloud and/or in-VPC deployments.

• Expertise in designing systems for high availability and redundancy.

• Great documentation skills and a willingness to mentor others.

• Knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions.

In addition, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Automated solutions to database migrations.

• Infrastructure budget development and alerting.

• Data warehouse set up and maintenance.
