About the Position

As a Creative Project Manager on the Paid Social team, you will take ownership of managing the Airtable board and play a vital role in ensuring the team stays on track by monitoring progress, gathering feedback from stakeholders and proactively managing deadlines. You will also serve as the primary liaison between third-party creative partners and the Paid Social team, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. You will coordinate the exchange of information, share project updates, and communicate key requirements to external vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering feedback from these partners, relaying it to the internal team, and ensuring all input is incorporated effectively to meet campaign objectives.

What Youll Do

  • Manage pipeline and workflow for paid social creative within Airtable, matching it to high-priority business objectives and ensuring all deliverables meet their deadlines
  • Work closely with Growth Paid Social leads on resourcing the daily brand design and copywriting needs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Paid Social Creative Team and Growth leads, Clinical, and Legal teams, handling information sharing, status updates, and gathering feedback
  • Interface with outside creative partners, collecting status updates and feedback to keep both teams on track based on set timelines
  • Oversee the appeal process for ads rejected by advertising platforms, including submitting ads for review, identifying edits required, and working directly with the creative team to implement edits
  • Review final creative assets before submission to the legal and medical teams, ensuring spelling accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines
  • Manage folder organization and naming convention adherence in internal creative tools: frame.io, figma, airtable
  • Oversee contract designers hours, tracking hours taken to complete projects, and distributing projects to designers with bandwidth

About You

  • 3-4 years of creative project management experience
  • Understanding of processes and an eye to create more efficient workflows across the team
  • Ability to work closely with outside partners, including creative vendors and advertising partners (e.g Meta, TikTok)
  • Able to build out comprehensive project plans and timelines from scratch
  • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills enabling you to be the liaison between the Paid social team and other teams across the Ro org
  • Knowledge of Airtable or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Frame.io
