About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to spearhead our Platform Integrations Team. In this vital role, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and enhancement of our integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between our client's platform and various third-party systems and services. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a robust, flexible, and user-friendly integration ecosystem that caters to the diverse needs of educational institutions.

What You’ll Own

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the development of a comprehensive and forward-thinking product strategy for Platform Integrations, ensuring alignment with our client's global objectives and market needs.

• Roadmap Oversight: Construct and manage a robust product roadmap for Platform Integrations, prioritizing initiatives that deliver value, innovation, and scalability.

• High-Level Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with keyinternal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to integrations.

• Advanced Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to position our client as a leader in educational integration solutions.

• End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Platform Integrations, from conceptualization and development to launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.

• Metrics-Driven Management: Utilize a comprehensive set of metrics to guide product decisions, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement in integration offerings.

• Visionary Leadership: Cultivate a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking, exploring emerging technologies, and identifying new opportunities for growth and differentiation. Lead and mentor other product managers, fostering a high-performance team culture focused on delivering exceptional and highly scalable solutions.

• Customer Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and feedback related to integrations, translating them into strategic product initiatives.

• Technical and Business Acumen: Serve as a thought leader in platform integrations, combining technical expertise with business savvy to advance the client's strategic goals.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Proven track record in leading product managers, fostering innovation, and driving strategic vision into successful product solutions.

• Exceptional strategic planning and critical thinking skills, capable of synthesizing market trends, customer insights, and technological advancements into impactful product strategies.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the proficiency to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.

• In-depth knowledge of software development, API integrations, and the latest industry trends, enabling effective leadership in a technology-driven environment.

• Advanced problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to address complex challenges and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-backed

• decisions.

• Passion for education and a commitment to our client's mission.

• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

• Excellent digital collaboration skills, being able to work across multiple geographic regions and time zones using various internet-based tools.
