About the Position
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contractor to support the day-to-day operations of our Offline Marketing team. This role will focus heavily on project coordination, campaign logistics, vendor communication, and operational execution across a fast-moving portfolio of media initiatives.
In addition to owning operational workflows, this person will also support Audio and YouTube campaign management as needed — helping coordinate partner deliverables, maintain campaign documentation, and assist with ongoing media planning and execution tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational rigor with hands-on marketing coordination and is excited to work across a variety of stakeholders, systems, and media partners.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and track campaign-related requests and deliverables across internal project management systems, including Airtable, Frame.io and other operational tools
- Coordinate directly with vendors/partners to support campaign execution and ongoing maintenance needs such as creative approvals, reporting accuracy, deliverable SLAs and asset verification
- Maintain CRM / bookings trackers, reporting logs and other internal documentation to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
- Help manage day-to-day operational workflows for Audio, YouTube & UGC campaigns, including creative refreshes, campaign tracking, and deliverable coordination
- Support media planning and campaign execution efforts by helping organize media plans, track deliverables, and coordinate timelines across stakeholders
- Monitor campaign deliverables and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with spend tracking, invoice reconciliation, and manual budget submission processes as needed
- Help organize and maintain operational processes, onboarding materials, workflow documentation, and campaign guides
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Legal, and external vendors to support campaign launches and ongoing operations
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual processes where possible
- Support ad hoc operational, reporting, and campaign management needs across the Offline and Creator Marketing teams
About You
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations, media coordination, campaign management, account management, project management, or a similar operational role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting or coordinating paid media campaigns, ideally across Audio, YouTube, UGC or other Offline media channels
- Familiarity with media planning workflows and campaign execution processes, even if not directly owning strategy
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external publisher/vendor partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow through consistently and professionally
- Experience working within fast-paced environments that require adaptability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Airtable, JIRA, etc
- Experience maintaining trackers, managing deliverables, and coordinating timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to independently own recurring processes and administrative workflows
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable managing large volumes of information accurately
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, media pacing, or budget tracking is a plus
- Experience supporting marketing, advertising, media, or agency teams is preferred
- Familiarity with creative review and collaboration tools such as Frame.io or Figma is a plus
