Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and product/service guidance

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Native or near-native Italian
Good command of English (B2+)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid international environment
