Customer Service Representative (Multilingual) – Ghent, Belgium

About the Role

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic international team based in Ghent, Belgium.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong communication skills in multiple languages.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have English + one of the following language combinations:

  • German + Dutch
  • Czech + (Polish or Lithuanian or German or Russian)
  • Finnish + Swedish

Important: You do not need all languages — one full combination is sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow internal processes and KPIs
  • Collaborate with international teams
  • Maintain accurate records in systems

Requirements

  • Fluency in English + one of the listed language combinations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotating 24/7 shifts
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
