Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, account support, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Achieve service quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in customer support, contact center, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using multiple systems and online tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
