German-Speaking Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: 40h/week | Rotational shifts

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators to join an international and fast-growing digital project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure a safe, respectful, and policy-compliant digital environment. You will help maintain platform integrity while protecting users from harmful or inappropriate content.

Your Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content (videos, images, text, ads)

• Identify and remove content that violates platform policies

• Ensure accuracy and consistency when applying guidelines

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary

• Maintain high-quality standards and productivity targets

• Work collaboratively with international teams

Your Profile

• Native / C2 level German

• Good level of English (B2 minimum)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit

Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or digital platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
