Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure fast issue resolution
- Meet service quality and productivity targets in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with multiple tools and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
