Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with delivery updates, shipment tracking, and service inquiries
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Collaborate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements

• Native / C2 level Italian
• Good level of English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
