We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Japanese speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international teams in Malaysia.

Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese speaker roles are available in both Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
Japanese speaker roles are available in Kuala Lumpur only.

Your responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers in Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, or Japanese
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Mandarin OR Cantonese OR Taiwanese OR Japanese (native or near-native level)
• Good English communication skills (basic to intermediate accepted)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
• Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur or Penang
• Japanese speaker positions are available in Kuala Lumpur only
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required (training provided)
