Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, account support, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Achieve service quality and productivity targets

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech (C1/C2 level)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in customer support, contact center, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and online tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
