Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries and solutions
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle requests efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2 level French speaker
• Good English communication skills
• Valid NIF number in Portugal
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work onsite in Porto
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
