Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, account-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer issues quickly
- Meet quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Native or fluent Catalan (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact center roles is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
