Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

You will be part of a dynamic and international workplace, supporting customers through different communication channels while delivering high-quality service and professional solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic communication
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently
  • Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
  • Good English level (B2–C1)
  • Previous customer service or contact center experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Flexible and comfortable working in rotational schedules
