  • Guide users through processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and achieve individual performance goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
