Position: Grower Manager

Salary: £42,500K to £45,500

Start: Immediate or based on your notice period

Location: Pocklington, York, United Kingdom

We pleased to be recruiting for a Grower Manager, £45K, near Pocklington, the ideal candidate hold similar experience from different verity of edible horticultural crop.

The candidate:

You hold a background of agriculture, and a degree in agriculture or horticulture is preferred

You are passionate about growing food and love hard work and commitment of such work

Manage KPIs, train team members and implement climate control and fertigation

All crop husbandry work, hygienic compliance and ensure GMP adherence

In addition, you offer open and transparent communication at all level, and very comfortable using words, outlook and updating of internal IT systems.
